"Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."
Good morning, Lord. Thank you for waking me up this morning, and that your mercies are new everyday. It is by your grace in my life that I have gotten to this point - this very point. Here. Alive and well on the morning of 30 Jan 2020. With every breath and every move and every sunrise and every new day - "[You] are before all things and in [you] all things hold together" - Colossians 1:17. I am thankful for this new day, another day that you hold me together and that you hold it all together. I pray I don't ever take this for granted.
It is amazing that all we have to do is look to your word to see such Truths. But it is one thing to see them and another thing to know them deep down in our hearts - to feel them. Please help me and those around me to seek you first, and allow your Holy Spirit to invade our hearts and lives so that we can spiritually feel and know, to the glory of God the Father.
And all God's people said - "Amen."
